We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, and payment details. We also collect information automatically, such as your device type, IP address, location data during active trips, and usage patterns within the app.
FastDrive collects precise GPS location data while the app is in use in order to match riders with nearby drivers, calculate fares, and track trip progress in real time. You may disable location permissions at any time, though doing so will prevent core features from functioning.
We use your information to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Service; (b) process payments and prevent fraud; (c) communicate with you about trips, promotions, and account activity; (d) comply with legal obligations; and (e) generate anonymized analytics to improve platform performance.
We share your information with: drivers or riders on active trips (only the information necessary to complete the trip); payment processors; third-party service providers under strict data protection agreements; and law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When a ride is matched, riders can see the driver's name, photo, vehicle details, and real-time location. Drivers can see the rider's name and pickup location. Contact details are never shared directly; all communication goes through the in-app system.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
FastDrive is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

Our mobile application may use device identifiers and similar tracking technologies to improve functionality and analyze usage. You can reset your device advertising identifier through your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
